Our Role in the Additive
Manufacturing (3D printer) Industry

We manage the Tokyo Customer Experience Center (Tokyo CEC) located in Chuorinkan, Yamato City, Kanagawa Prefecture as a one-stop additive manufacturing (AM) solution center that can propose and support the most suitable AM methods and equipment for our customers, and provide AM equipment installation, maintenance services, and contract molding services.

Main Products

Laser Powder Bed Metal 3D Printer
(L-BPF)

This metal 3D printer features safety, excellent quality stability and high productivity, and was developed thanks to know-how obtained from applying the world’s first metal 3D printed parts to aircraft engines.

Electron Beam Powder Bed Metal 3D Printer (EB-PBF)

This metal 3D printer features high productivity and the ability to mold products using high melting point materials. Mass production applications are currently advancing in fields such as aircraft turbine blades and medical (implants).

Binder Jet Metal 3D Printer (BJT)

An AM process in which the shape is temporarily solidified at high speed by applying binders (adhesives) before the part is finished through a sintering process. Mitsubishi Corporation Technos provides contract molding services using state-of-the-art BJT equipment.

Industrial Resin 3D Printers Manufactured by Aspect Inc.

Aspect Inc. is a manufacturer that develops and sells AM equipment capable of molding various industrial resin materials. The company has a proven installation track record not only at major Japanese manufacturing companies, but also in the European automotive and aviation industries, as well as in major service bureaus.
