Our Role in the Energy Industry

Electric power, which forms the foundation of our lives and industries, is produced from such resources as geothermal heat, water, wind, and nuclear energy. High-temperature media (combustion gas and steam) released from these energy sources drive gas and steam turbines to ultimately produce electric power. As the combustion temperature of turbines is extremely high, highly advanced technologies are required in the development of materials and in the cooling of such turbines.
By supporting manufacturing processes in the energy industry, Mitsubishi Corporation Technos aims to contribute to enriching society.

Main Products

Wire EDM Machines

These machines pass electricity through brass wires and use that electrical energy to melt workpieces in water or oil while cutting them. These machines can cut a wide range of materials, including iron, stainless steel, and aluminum with ultra-high precision in 1/1000 mm increments. They can also cut plates of all thicknesses.

Combined Machines

These machines support the workpiece from both ends and apply a blade to the workpiece while rotating it. In addition to turning, combined machines are also capable of machining workpieces through drilling, tapping, etc. They are suitable for machining workpieces from various angles and contribute to process consolidation.

Combined Machines

Horizontal Boring & Milling Machines

These machines are capable of performing heavy-duty cutting, mainly on the sides of workpieces, and excel at tasks such as side edge machining and drilling. They come in a wide range of sizes, with some of the largest reaching nearly 20 meters in width.
