Main Products

Wire-Cut EDM Machines

These machines pass electricity to workpieces (metals) through wires or pre-shaped electrodes, and use that electrical energy to melt workpieces in water or oil while cutting and shaping them. Wire-cut EDM machines can cut a wide range of materials, including iron, stainless steel, and aluminum with ultra-high precision in 1/1000 mm increments.

Laser Cutting Machines

Laser cutting machines emit a laser beam onto workpieces at high speeds and with high precision. They can cut a wide range of materials, including iron, stainless steel, and aluminum, and can cut materials of various thicknesses, from ultra-thin plates that are less than 1 mm thick, to 40 mm-thick plates. In addition to flat plates, some laser cutting machines can also cut three-dimensional shapes.

Laser Cutting Machine Automation Systems

Various layouts can be configured by freely combining loaders, unloaders, pallet changers, stockers, and other components. In recent years, the demand for automatic sorting equipment utilizing robot technology has been increasing due to labor shortages. However, by adopting these systems, customers can achieve continuous laser cutting operations, thereby contributing greatly to manpower and labor saving. Even in Japanese factories where space is limited, we can propose automation systems that are tailored to customers’ needs.
